Kennedy Kuntz is a singer-songwriter based out of New Orleans whose rich, soaring vocals and heartfelt originals have made her a favorite with audiences across the Gulf Coast. Her soulful voice blends the blues of Bonnie Raitt with the pop sensibilities of Adele and Corrine Bailey Rae.
Kennedy performs regularly in New Orleans at venues including the House of Blues, the Maple Leaf Bar, Tipitinas, and 30/90 on Frenchmen Street. She holds a monthly residency at the Treasure Bay Casino in Biloxi.
Since July of 2018, Kennedy and her band, the Men of the Hour, have performed at over 60 venues throughout the Southeast, as well as numerous festivals, radio, and TV appearances.
Kennedy also performs regularly as a duo with guitarists including Matt Schultz, Alex Mallet, Bruce Tyner, and Joe Diehl. In 2019, she was selected to perform at BMI’s Island Hopper Songwriter Fest in Fort Myers, FL, the Mentone Colorfest, the Jubilee Fest, and the Ozone Songwriter Festival in LouisIana.
In April of 2019, Kennedy released her debut original EP, “20/20.” A new full-length album is forthcoming early next year.
